• ONLINE BOOKING: When you book a first appointment, you will be asked to provide credit card information in order to reserve the time for you. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, nor will it be used to charge for future treatments. ​

• HEALTH HISTORY FORMS: When you book your treatment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an intake form. Please fill out the form prior to your appointment. This will allow you to provide your information securely, at your convenience and ahead of time, in order to allow us to better understand you and make appropriate treatment considerations.

• TREATMENT DURATION: Please note that Kaili typically books 75 minutes for an initial osteopathic assessment + treatment.  Follow up treatments are typically 60 minutes in duration. Please click here to find our fee schedule below.

• WHAT to WEAR: Wearing comfortable clothing is strongly advised, as you will remain clothed for this treatment and may be required to move freely as part of the assessment and/or treatment.

 

• PARKING: Please note that parking is free and is located behind our building; it can be accessed from Hume Street. We also have a bicycle rack which you may lock your bike to in the warmer months.

• WHEN to ARRIVE: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, otherwise the door may be locked. If that is the case, feel free to wait on our outdoor bench in the warmer months, or wait in your car until your appointment time.

• PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept all major forms of payment, including cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard. A receipt will be issued and may be submitted to third party insurance companies for reimbursement or can be used for a tax purposes. We do not offer direct billing for those with third party insurance.

• CANCELLATIONS: We require 24 hours notice for all schedule changes to avoid any charges to your account, unless otherwise stated. Missed appointments are subject to the full fee. Please text, call, email or hop online to notify us as soon as possible in the event you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. We appreciate it!

• COORDINATING with CHIROPRACTIC CARE: For anyone looking to coordinate care with Dr. Jeff, please note he is currently in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00-12:30 & 2:00-5:30 and Tuesday afternoons from 3:00-5:30.
